Our policy on recruitment has always been to select the best individuals that possess, amongst other qualities, integrity, dedication and professionalism. Our security officers must first meet the criteria of having had prior training and/or security experience before obtaining a position with us. We offer a comprehensive training program to our security personnel through in-house training and through training at the facilities of the College National de Securité. We also ensure our agents receive site-specific training before starting a new position, so that they are prepared to handle any situation that may arise.
